What a gem! The room was spacious, clean, and elegant, just like the pictures. The location couldn't be better-close to the Rialto Bridge and quiet at night. Lucia and her cleaning lady were kind and full of great local tips. We’ll definitely come back! 😊

Some guests smoking near the common areas can be bothersome!!! Finding the hotel entrance can be confusing due to its lack of distinct signage!!!

The experience exceeded all expectations! The Triple Room with Private Bathroom accommodated my family perfectly. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully renovated. Location wise, it couldn't be better—just a minute from the Rialto Bridge and stunning views of the Grand Canal. Lucia was incredibly helpful, providing clear instructions beforehand about how to reach the residence via the vaporetto water taxi. Felt very welcomed by the team, who even surprised us with a small thank-you gift upon arrival. One small downside was the difficulty in finding the entrance at first. it blends in with other buildings. Overall, we loved our stay and would return without hesitation.
